Book an Appointment

To make an appointment on the PetDoc app, follow these general steps:

1. Download and Install PetDoc:
   • Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
   • Search for "PetDoc.sg" and download the app.
   • Install the app on your smartphone.
2. Sign Up or Log In:
   • Open the app and sign up for a new account if you are a new user. You will need to provide basic information like your name, email, and phone number.
   • If you already have an account, log in with your credentials.
3. Set Up Your Profile:
   • Complete your profile by adding your personal details.
   • Add your pet’s information, including their name, breed, age, weight and medical history.
4. Navigate to Appointments:
   • On the home screen, look for the "Appointments" section.
   • Select it to start the process of scheduling an appointment.
5. Choose a Service:
   • Browse through the list of available services (e.g., hospital visit, online consultation, grooming, boarding, sitting, training, medicine delivery).
   • Select the service you need for your pet.
6. Select a Veterinary Clinic or Professional:
   • The app will show you a list of nearby veterinary clinics or professionals.
   • Choose the one you prefer based on location, ratings, and availability.
7. Pick a Date and Time:
   • Choose a convenient date and time for your appointment from the available slots.
   • Confirm your selection.
8. Review and Confirm:
   • Review the appointment details, including the vet, date, time, and service selected.
   • Confirm the appointment.
9. Payment:
   • Follow the instructions in the app to complete payments.
10. Receive Confirmation:
    • You will receive a confirmation notification or SMS with the details of your appointment.
11. Prepare for the Appointment:
    • On the day of the appointment, make sure to bring any necessary documents or records related to your pet's health.
    • Arrive at the clinic a few minutes before your scheduled time.
