Account Deletion

Steps for Users to Request Account Deletion:
  1. Open the App:
    • Launch PetDoc.sg app on Android device.
  2. Access Account Settings:
    • Navigate to the account settings section of the app. This is typically found in a menu or under a profile icon.
  3. Find Account Deletion Option:
    • On the Profile page, click on the three dots menu at the top right.
    • Look for an option labeled "Delete Account," "Account Deletion," or similar.
  4. Follow Deletion Process:
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion request. This might include entering their password, confirming their identity, or providing feedback.
  5. Submit Request:
    • Complete and submit the request. Users should receive a confirmation message or email stating that their request has been received and will be processed.
Types of Data Deleted:
  1. Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and any other personally identifiable information.
  2. Account Data: Username, password, and account settings.
  3. Usage Data: App usage history, activity logs, and preferences.
  4. Content: Any user-generated content such as posts, comments, photos, or videos.
  5. Transactions: Records of any purchases or transactions made within the app.
  6. Communications: Messages and communications made within the app.
